The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taps tries for a takedown but Silver sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Taps looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silver is fending him off so far but Taps persists. Nope, Silver circles away and we're back to standing.
Taps shoots in but Silver avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Yallen Silver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seymore Taps.
Taps fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Taps uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Silver.
Taps shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silver sprawls well. Silver wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Taps gets slowly back to his feet.
Silver throws out a loose jab but Taps uses good head movement to avoid it.
Silver stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Silver wants it to stay on the feet.
Taps shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Silver as he jumps to the side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Taps displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Silver throws out the jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Taps is defended easily by Silver.
Silver throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Taps stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Silver sends Taps crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Silver is motioning to the referee to let Taps up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Seymore Taps has been cut.
Taps is trying desperately to land a takedown but Silver is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Taps.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silver closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Taps out cold! Taps corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
