Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Travis Vordorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zero is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Countdown to Insanity - H-Blockx. Travis Vordorn could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dave Zero's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vordorn is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Zero goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Vordorn tries to clinch there but Zero circles away.
Vordorn uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zero.
Zero has managed to clinch.
Zero breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vordorn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Zero looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Zero tries to improve position but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zero is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Vordorn stands up.
Vordorn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

and Zero decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Vordorn's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Travis Vordorn will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Vordorn knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zero on the ground.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Vordorn gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Vordorn apologises and we restart here on the feet.
