Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LeVere shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
willam is desperately trying to improve his position but LeVere has a good base and remains in mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

LeVere got a little sloppy there for a moment and willam has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, LeVere has managed to get both his arms back between willam's legs - danger averted.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
LeVere shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in willam's guard.
willam working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. LeVere doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. LeVere manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
LeVere postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

LeVere has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of willam is proving hard to escape from.

willam has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think LeVere should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, willam has tightened it up now! LeVere should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
