Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yaroslav Fedorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida's entrance music is Con te Partiró. A fine choice. Yaroslav Fedorov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fedorov tries to clinch there but Machida circles away.
Machida scores a takedown into full mount!
Fedorov squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Machida looking to control but Fedorov is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Fedorov is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Machida throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Machida controlling from the full mount.
Machida trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Machida thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Machida has control of Fedorov's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Fedorov regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Fedorov is trying to stand up.
Machida has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Machida looking to isolate an arm here. Fedorov doesn't see it coming and as Machida extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Machida!
