Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elmo Tracey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Javier Gattuso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gattuso has chosen DMX - X Gonna Give It To Ya as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Elmo Tracey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Javier Gattuso! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gattuso feints and as Tracey raises his hands in defense, Gattuso changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Gattuso wants to get up but he can't break Tracey's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Tracey manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
You get the feeling that Gattuso really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Tracey throwing strikes here but Gattuso is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Gattuso taking shots to the head. Tracey has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tracey landing punches. Gattuso is squirming around, avoiding Tracey's attempts to control the action. Tracey raining down shots from the mount! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tracey is landing with some decent strikes but Gattuso is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tracey is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Gattuso can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tracey lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Tracey punishing his opponent with strikes. Gattuso wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Tracey scoring with strikes but Gattuso is staying in there. Tracey looking to finish with strikes here!
BOOM! Tracey connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Tracey throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Gattuso because Tracey loaded up on that one. Tracey content just to control the position here. Tracey working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tracey won't let Gattuso get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Gattuso avoids a series of strikes thrown by Tracey.
Tracey breaks from Gattuso's wrist control and lands an elbow. Gattuso tries to hold on but Tracey pushes him away. Gattuso is trying to stand up. Gattuso really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tracey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Tracey unloads with some shots from mount but Gattuso bucks and avoids them well.
Tracey raining down shots from the mount! Tracey lands a nice shot to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gattuso tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tracey landing strikes from the mount. Gattuso holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Tracey tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Gattuso blocking the ground and pound. Tracey jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Gattuso is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Gattuso and Tracey has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Tracey is breathing heavily. Tracey prevents Gattuso from escaping the position. Gattuso is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gattuso tries to bench press Tracey off him but Tracey keeps the position. Tracey advances nicely into full mount. Gattuso is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Tracey prevents Gattuso from getting the reversal. Tracey throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Gattuso's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tracey wants to control but instead Gattuso manages to regain half guard. Tracey in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Gattuso tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Tracey!
