Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rafy Dyas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Billy Caine! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Caine tries to clinch up. Caine tries a head kick but it misses.
Dyas shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Caine is trying to stand up. Caine tries to buck Dyas off but Dyas takes his back!
That's one minute gone in the round. Caine wants to get back to his feet. Caine looking very determined here, making life difficult for Dyas.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dyas controls the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dyas missing with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Caine trying to get back to his feet but Dyas is in full control for now. Caine is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rafy Dyas dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Dyas circles away from the clinch attempt.
Caine uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dyas.
Caine lands a nice looking kick to the body. Dyas takes a step back to recover. Caine misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Dyas. Dyas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Caine tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A jab from Caine finds it's way through Dyas's defenses.
It looks like Rafy Dyas has been cut. Caine lands a head kick. Dyas smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Dyas throws a series of strikes that have Caine backpedaling.
It looks like Billy Caine has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dyas misses the shot to the body. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Caine tries to clinch but Dyas moves out of range. A nice combination there by Caine.
Dyas fails in his attempt to clinch. Dyas showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Caine.
Caine doesn't manage to clinch there - Dyas circles away.
Caine plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Caine throws a head kick that misses. Caine keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dyas lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Dyas wants to clinch. Caine lands a big head kick that sends Dyas tumbling to the mat! Caine takes a step backwards and waves Dyas back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Dyas is rocked!
Rafy Dyas's cut is getting worse. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Look low, kick high! Caine uses the oldest trick in the book to send Dyas tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Caine is absolutely delighted - when Dyas wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Billy Caine!
