Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaspar has Tapper up against the cage in a clinch.
Gaspar breaks from the clinch.
Gaspar is looking to clinch but Tapper is avoiding it.

Tapper fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gaspar, pushing him back against the cage.
Tapper tries to pull guard but Gaspar holds him up against the cage and eventually Tapper drops back down to his feet.

Gaspar wants to control from the top but Tapper keeps moving.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gaspar stands and throws Tapper's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Tapper is trying to get back to half guard.
Gaspar decides to stand back up. Gaspar steps back and let's Tapper get back to his feet.

and Tapper counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Gaspar pushes Tapper off looking to stand but Tapper dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Still in half guard, Tapper seems content to control.
Gaspar tries to kick Tapper off but Tapper keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Gaspar is breathing heavily.
Tapper throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Tapper perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Tapper loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Tapper has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Gaspar works to full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gaspar is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Gaspar will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tapper up against the cage.

and Tapper counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gaspar won't be happy with that.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tapper is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Gaspar has escaped the position, nice work there.

Tapper has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Gaspar is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Tapper yanks on the arm and Gaspar is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Tapper.
