Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack Nailor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donnie McClean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nailor comes to the cage accompanied by Universal Truth. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Nailor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Donnie McClean! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nailor throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McClean. Nailor fails to land with a series of punches.
Nailor misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
No joy there for Nailor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nailor displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McClean. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. McClean drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Nailor is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. McClean wants to control from the top but Nailor keeps moving.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nailor shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and McClean counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Nailor! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nailor is breathing heavily. McClean scoring with strikes but Nailor is staying in there. McClean working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Nailor slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.

McClean is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Nailor defends it well. McClean is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McClean is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nailor sees it coming and defends easily. Nailor is positioning himself well to prevent McClean advancing to mount. Nailor manages to get to full guard.

Donnie McClean dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Nailor's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Nailor duly obliges. Nailor misses with a series of wild punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nailor scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. McClean with a poor takedown and Nailor counters with a series of strikes. McClean will be more careful next time no doubt.

McClean tries for a takedown but Nailor circles away easily and Nailor counters with a three punch combo that has McClean backing up. McClean nods at Nailor to acknowledge the strikes. McClean has his takedown stuffed and Nailor moves into the clinch.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. McClean is trying to keep Nailor in close.

A close second round but Donnie McClean will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Nailor with a lazy takedown attempt and McClean counters with a nice double leg into side control. Nailor won't be happy with that. McClean misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
McClean is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Nailor knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. McClean throwing strikes but missing, from side control. McClean wants to finish this one by submission but Nailor is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from McClean. McClean prevents Nailor from getting the reversal. McClean lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McClean breaks from Nailor's wrist control and lands an elbow. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McClean cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Nailor manages to regain half guard whilst avoiding the strikes. Nailor pushes McClean off and gets back to his feet. Nailor misses with a takedown attempt and McClean counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by McClean. McClean wants to control from the top but Nailor keeps moving. Nailor is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McClean pushes down on Nailor's leg and manages to get into half guard. Nailor wants to get back to his feet.
Nailor tries to roll over but McClean keeps him under control. McClean is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McClean looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. McClean wants to take a breather but Nailor is having none of it. Jack Nailor has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Donnie McClean is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Nailor flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Donnie McClean comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got McClean winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
