The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rush bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Young lands with a cross.
Young swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Young misses the jab.
Young misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nice takedown defense from Young. No joy for Rush on that attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rush is defended easily by Young.
Rush closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Young throws a looping overhand right but Rush ducks down to avoid it.

Young connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Rush momentarily.
Rush is trying desperately to land a takedown but Young is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Rush .

Young takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Young is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Rush on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Young lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Rush can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Young and Rush drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Young.
