Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dave Norton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dewanye Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace has chosen Here We go again as his entrance music. Dave Norton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dave Norton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dewanye Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Norton pinned against the cage. Norton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wallace throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wallace looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Norton is fending him off so far but Wallace persists. Nope, Norton circles away and we're back to standing.

Norton feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Wallace wants to sweep but no luck.
Norton scoring with some ground and pound.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Norton stands and throws Wallace's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Wallace is looking to regain half guard here but Norton keeps moving and retains side control.
Wallace gets back to half guard.
Norton prevents Wallace from improving his position.
Norton wants to control but Wallace is keeping him busy.
Norton landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Wallace has a hand on Norton's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Norton takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Norton scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Wallace?

Wallace is rocked!
Wallace looks gassed!
Norton has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Wallace's face.
Wallace is still in real trouble! Can Norton finish him?

Norton fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
