Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nick Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ed Reed!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed looks for the body kick but Diaz saw that one coming.
Reed slaps away a takedown attempt from Diaz, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Reed defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Diaz.
Diaz walks into a left hand.
Reed scores with a crisp jab that stopped Diaz in his tracks.

Diaz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Reed looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Reed is looking to reverse the position.

Diaz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Diaz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Reed is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Diaz off and has taken his back!

Reed has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Diaz has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Reed has his feet on Diaz's thighs here. He's pushed Diaz off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Diaz screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
