Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grande Mucho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mt sparing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mucho kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is You Dont Know - 50 Cent. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mucho avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
sparing tries a head kick but it misses.
mt sparing seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mucho lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
sparing throws a sloppy head kick and Mucho moves out of range easily.

sparing misses with an attempted mid kick.
Mucho lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as sparing backs up against the cage.
Mucho throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mucho closes the distance and clinches.

and Mucho counters with a single leg into guard. sparing didn't expect that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
sparing is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Mucho is in trouble now - sparing has advanced to mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mucho tries to lock up and control but sparing gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Mucho is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

enabling Mucho to counter with a crisp jab.
sparing throws a lazy right hand but Mucho sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Mucho is working for takedown but sparing is calmly controlling the position for now.

Mucho has sparing pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. sparing manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Mucho working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. sparing doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Mucho is tightening it up a little... sparing has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! sparing reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! sparing taps out! nice BJJ there by Mucho!
