Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between BJ Sweeney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Smasher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, BJ Sweeney! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Smasher! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smasher tries to bum rush Sweeney with a series of wild strikes but Sweeney uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Decent striking displayed by Smasher there. Sweeney shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Smasher but Smasher pushes him off and we're back to square one. Sweeney closes this distance looking for a takedown but Smasher circles away. Sweeney fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for BJ Sweeney. That's going to take a lot out of him. Smasher stuffs the takedown attempt from Sweeney. Sweeney gets slowly back to his feet. Sweeney changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smasher tries to avoid it but Sweeney manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smasher to the ground. Smasher escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. And that's the end of the fight! Joe Smasher comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Smasher has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
