The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cro Cop lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Cro Cop.
Cro Cop misses with a series of wild punches.
Cro Cop scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Clay tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Clay tries to clinch but Cro Cop moves out of range.
Cro Cop lands with a nice combination. Clay backs away looking to recover.
Clay tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cro Cop swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Clay looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Cro Cop lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Cro Cop pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Clay falls off balance throwing a combination
and Cro Cop counters with a series of strikes. Clay will be more careful next time no doubt.
Anaru Clay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cro Cop throws a one two combo.
Clay closes the distance looking to clinch
and Cro Cop counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Clay misses with a body shot
and Cro Cop connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Clay is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cro Cop lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Clay is rocked!
Cro Cop scores with a nice right hand.
Clay is still on wobbly legs! Can Cro Cop finish him?
Cro Cop lets loose with a powerful body kick. Clay will feel that in the morning.
Cro Cop lands with a right that hurts Clay. Clay looks to clinch but Cro Cop throws a short knee that drops Clay. This one is all over!
