Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Torvald Gunnarsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalle Kuolema (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunnarsson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gunnarsson keeps the fight on the outside.
Gunnarsson pushes Kuolema up against the cage in a clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kuolema just misses with a elbow thrown towards Gunnarsson's brow.
Kuolema lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Gunnarsson wants to improve his position but Kuolema is controlling well.
Kuolema is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Gunnarsson has managed to free his arm - good work.

Gunnarsson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kuolema's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kuolema's back!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Kuolema lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gunnarsson circles away quickly and effectively.
Kuolema shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gunnarsson sprawls well. Gunnarsson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kuolema gets slowly back to his feet.
Gunnarsson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kuolema.

Kuolema gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Kuolema shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Gunnarsson is trying to defend but Kuolema finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Kuolema's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gunnarsson rushes Kuolema and presses him up against the cage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gunnarsson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Gunnarsson wants to stand and escape but instead Kuolema has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Kuolema stands and steps away. Gunnarsson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kuolema closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Kuolema uses his free foot to push down on Gunnarsson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Gunnarsson.
Kuolema pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Gunnarsson tries to reverse the position but Kuolema maintains control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Gunnarsson gets caught flat footed, as Kuolema shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Despite being in the dominant position, Kalle Kuolema just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
