0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Darrin Engstrom! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Engstrom fails with a takedown attempt. Engstrom gets the takedown into side control. Engstrom working the ground and pound but Ho is defending the strikes. Engstrom is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Ho's shoulder. That is not cool. Engstrom goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Ho has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Engstrom but great work by Ho. Engstrom is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Ho asserts his dominance and retains side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Engstrom gets back to half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Engstrom is trying to maintain the position but Ho is very close to passing his half guard. Engstrom is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Ho preventing the sweep. Engstrom throws a few punches from the bottom. Ho seems unphased and he's got hold of a leg now - he's dropped back for a heel hook! He's got it! This fight is aaaaaaaaaall over!
