Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dan Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mike Jackson! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Khan or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad. Khan fails to land the takedown. Khan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jackson circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Khan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Khan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Khan is pressing down on Jackson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jackson is holding on for now. Khan is trying to work for a kimura but Jackson is defending well.

Dan Khan dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson won't allow Khan to sweep him here. Jackson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Khan has an active guard here but Jackson has managed to pass into half guard.

Jackson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Khan. Khan gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Khan is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Jackson pulls his head out easily. Jackson slows the pace down in half guard.

Mike Jackson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Khan bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Khan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Khan drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Jackson dives on top into guard. Jackson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Jackson sitting in guard, not really doing much. Jackson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
