The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele looks to land a combination but Romonov avoids it well.
Romonov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Romonov on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Romonov fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Steele is out of range.
Romonov misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Steele.
Romonov wants to clinch.
Steele looks to throw the jab but Romonov is out of range.
Garrison Steele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Romonov drops Steele with a beautiful combination! Steele stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Romonov is looking for the KO!
It looks like Garrison Steele has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Romonov tries to close the distance and clinch but Steele swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Romonov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Steele, pushing him back against the cage.
Romonov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Romonov turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A big right from Steele misses.
Steele has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Steele there as he acknowledges the shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Romonov.
Steele looks gassed!
Romonov cracks Steele with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Romonov has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Steele to stand back up!
Steele is rocked!
Romonov scores with a jab to the body.
Steele is still on wobbly legs! Can Romonov finish him?
Romonov throws a monster overhand right that drops Steele! Romonov follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
