Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Georges Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Curtis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moore's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, homecoming. Curtis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mega Man Rock Medley kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jon Curtis will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jon Curtis! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Curtis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Curtis misses with a series of wild punches.
Curtis gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Curtis is trying to break the clinch but Moore has him pressed against the cage. Moore stalling.

Moore tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Georges Moore has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Curtis throws a combination that misses and Moore counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Moore content to control rather than advance. Moore prevents Curtis from standing back up.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Moore is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
