Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Razi Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luis Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Daniel Cesar and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Gomez slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Gomez throws a nice looking combination but Gracie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gracie slips under a jab.
Gomez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gomez cracks Gracie with a good jab.
Gomez throws a series of punches but Gracie avoids them all with ease.
Gomez misses with a looping left.
Gomez fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gomez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gracie was well out of range. Poor timing from Gomez.
Gracie takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Gracie blocks a head kick by Gomez.
Gracie lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gomez circles away quickly and effectively.

Gomez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gomez wants it to stay on the feet.
Gracie thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gomez lands a with a good body shot.
Gracie takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Gracie walks into a left hand.

Gomez scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gracie doesn't seem bothered though.

Gracie is rocked!
Gomez connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Gracie! He's out on his feet! Gomez rushes in and drops Gracie with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
