Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yurik Khripunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kitsune Tsuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yurik Khripunov !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kitsune Tsuki!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khripunov misses with a few strikes there.
Khripunov with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Khripunov throws a hook but Tsuki blocks it.
Tsuki fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Khripunov avoids it really well and circles away.
Tsuki instigates a clinch.
Khripunov tries to circle away but Tsuki has him pinned against the cage.
Khripunov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tsuki gets the takedown into side control.
Khripunov throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Tsuki misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Tsuki tries to move to mount but Khripunov blocks the move with his legs.

Khripunov tries to bench press Tsuki off him but Tsuki keeps the position.
Tsuki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Khripunov keeps working.
Tsuki goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Khripunov rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Tsuki's guard! Nice work there by Khripunov !
That's one minute gone in the round.
Khripunov working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Tsuki gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Tsuki misses with a few strikes there.
Tsuki walks into a left hand.
Nice sprawl there from Tsuki as Khripunov shoots in.
Khripunov thows a left - swing and a miss!
Tsuki drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Tsuki decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Khripunov tries to score with a low kick but Tsuki moves his leg out of the way.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Khripunov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tsuki pinned against the cage. Tsuki gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Khripunov misses with a double jab.
Khripunov jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nice body punch from Tsuki.
Tsuki slips a straight right by Khripunov .
A shot to the body from Khripunov misses
and Tsuki counters with a nice body shot.
Khripunov misses with a takedown attempt
and Tsuki counters with a one-two to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yurik Khripunov . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Khripunov is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tsuki digs a good body shot into Khripunov 's ribs.
A nice combination there by Tsuki.
Khripunov is rocked!
Tsuki lands a huge takedown. Khripunov is out but the ref is slow to react and Tsuki lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Khripunov lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kitsune Tsuki!
