Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Takumi Fujiwara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Dock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fujiwara comes to the cage accompanied by knock you. Takumi Fujiwara has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takumi Fujiwara! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rock Dock! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dock shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fujiwara pinned against the cage. Fujiwara gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dock tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fujiwara swivels and escapes. Fujiwara tries to move into range but Dock moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Dock shoots in and bounces Fujiwara off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Dock trying to control but Fujiwara is working from the bottom. Fujiwara looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Dock thows a big elbow that misses. Fujiwara working for a triangle but Dock defends it easily.
Dock pushing down on Fujiwara's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Fujiwara is breathing heavily. Dock throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dock is figuring out what he wants to do next. Dock missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Dock working the head and body with strikes. Dock slows the pace down in half guard. Dock throwing shots but Fujiwara is blocking nicely. Dock passes to side control. The ground and pound from Dock seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Dock controlling the position from side mount. Fujiwara takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. An elbow from Dock crashes against the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Fujiwara gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Dock controlling the pace for now. Dock unloading with bombs! Dock controlling the pace for now. Fujiwara really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Dock working Fujiwara over with strikes here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dock looking to control and managing it successfully. Dock's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dock postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Fujiwara looks a forlorn figure.
Dock looking to control and managing it successfully. I looks like Dock might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Despite being in the dominant position, Rock Dock just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dock closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dock lands in his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fujiwara looking for a guillotine here but Dock defends easily.
Fujiwara keeping moving, preventing Dock from controlling successfully. Fujiwara had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Dock is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fujiwara Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Dock's back instead. Dock tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Dock regains half guard. Dock slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rock Dock dominated that round. The cut man is working on Takumi Fujiwara's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Dock shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fujiwara's guard. Dock trying to control the position from guard on top but Fujiwara is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fujiwara working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Dock has passed into half guard!
Dock wants to stand up but Fujiwara is controlling the position.
Fujiwara has one foot on Dock's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Fujiwara scores with a leg kick.
Dock looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fujiwara is fending him off so far but Dock persists. Nope, Fujiwara circles away and we're back to standing. Dock looks for a takedown but Fujiwara sprawls well. Fujiwara scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dock is trying to get back to full guard. Fujiwara thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dock's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dock gets back to full guard.
Dock bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fujiwara's guard. Dock sitting in guard, not really doing much. Dock wanted to stand there but Fujiwara had control of the position. Dock controls from within his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fujiwara has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dock can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dock thows a big elbow that misses. Dock slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Dock wants to control from the top but Fujiwara keeps moving. Fujiwara bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dock's guard. Dock is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Fujiwara wants to pass the guard but Dock is keeping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dock working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Fujiwara. Fujiwara trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dock lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Fujiwara! Dock unloads with some shots from mount but Fujiwara bucks and avoids them well.
Dock looking to control and managing it successfully. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Dock cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Fujiwara regains half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fujiwara is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Fujiwara is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dock's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dock's back! Fujiwara has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Dock! Can he survive? No! He's out! Fujiwara gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Takumi Fujiwara!
