Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pad Digger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TY LAW (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LAW has chosen I fought the Law as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Digger closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
LAW is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
LAW prevents Digger from improving position.
LAW wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Digger moves into full mount!

Digger looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
LAW is trying to stand up.

Digger jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but LAW manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Digger closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Digger is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but LAW is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Digger changes levels and goes for a takedown here. LAW fights it off and pushes away nicely.
TY LAW is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Horrible takedown by Digger or perhaps it was just good defense by LAW which made him look bad.

It looks like Pad Digger has been cut.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Digger tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Digger has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

and Digger counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Digger drops back looking for a leg! LAW is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and LAW manages to kick Digger off! Digger jumps back into LAW's guard.
