Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Temujin Baatar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Flintwick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Temujin Baatar has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Temujin Baatar seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Temujin Baatar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jackson Flintwick! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Flintwick misses. Flintwick will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Baatar tests Flintwick's chin there with a solid looking shot. Flintwick shoots for a double leg takedown but Baatar sprawls well. He's pushed Flintwick's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Baatar defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Flintwick. Temujin Baatar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackson Flintwick. Baatar takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Flintwick moves away from the strike by Baatar. Baatar throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

and Baatar makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Flintwick throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Baatar counter with a right hand. Flintwick tries to clinch but Baatar moves away and Baatar counters with a one-two to the body. Flintwick throws a left and a right that both miss
and Baatar counters with a lovely straight right hand! Flintwick tries for a takedown but Baatar circles away easily and Baatar counters with a straight right hand.

and Baatar counters with a left and a right that stings Flintwick. Flintwick falls off balance throwing a combination
and Baatar cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Temujin Baatar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Baatar is breathing heavily. Flintwick wants to clinch and Baatar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Flintwick displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Baatar throws out the jab. Flintwick tries to clinch but fails miserably enabling Baatar to counter with a crisp jab. Flintwick tries for a takedown but Baatar circles away easily and Baatar counters with a straight right hand. Flintwick throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Baatar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Flintwick misses with a combination
and Baatar cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Flintwick feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Baatar has Flintwick pulled in close to control his posture. Baatar keeping moving, preventing Flintwick from controlling successfully. Baatar is adopting a defensive guard. Flintwick wants to control from the top but Baatar keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flintwick avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Flintwick advances position into side control! Flintwick tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Flintwick has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Baatar regains half guard there - taking advantage of Flintwick's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Flintwick stalling. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jackson Flintwick dominated that round. That's time! Baatar's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Flintwick moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Flintwick throws a left and a right that both miss
and Baatar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Flintwick misses with a double jab
and Baatar counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Flintwick misses with a takedown and Baatar counters with a one-two to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Flintwick blocks a jab. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Flintwick shoots and misses and Baatar counters with a lovely shot to the body. Flintwick doesn't succeed with the takedown and Flintwick takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Temujin Baatar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackson Flintwick.

and Baatar counters with a lovely straight right hand! Flintwick looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Baatar ducks under a wild hook from Flintwick. Flintwick wants to clinch but Baatar slips to the side and Baatar counters with a nice uppercut. Flintwick drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Flintwick doesn't succeed with the takedown and Baatar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nice defenses there by Baatar. Nice uppercut lands for Baatar. That snapped Flintwick's head back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Baatar scores with a nice head shot. Baatar circles away from the clinch attempt and Baatar counters with a stiff right hand. Baatar scores with the left hand. Flintwick knows he should have avoided that one. Jackson Flintwick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Flintwick slips under a jab from Baatar. Flintwick fails with the takedown and Baatar counters with a straight right hand. Baatar catches Flintwick with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Flintwick closes the distance but Baatar moves to the side and Baatar counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baatar works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Baatar has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Flintwick throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Baatar counter with a right hand. Flintwick throws a shot from downtown. Baatar moves away and avoids it. Baatar lands a jab to the head.
The crowd cheers as Baatar lands an impressive looking overhand right. Flintwick doesn't seem phased though. Baatar misses with an uppercut. Flintwick misses with a double jab

Temujin Baatar dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Flintwick gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Baatar. Flintwick catches Baatar with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! and Baatar counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Nice straight punches there by Baatar. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Baatar. Flintwick closes the distance looking to clinch enabling Baatar to counter with a crisp jab. Left hook, right uppercut from Baatar.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baatar lands a jab to the nose. Flintwick shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Flintwick wants to pass the guard but Baatar is defending well. Baatar is positioning himself well to prevent Flintwick advancing to mount. Flintwick looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Flintwick trying to control from Baatar's half guard. Baatar has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Flintwick wants to control from the top but Baatar keeps moving. Flintwick throwing strikes from guard but Baatar blocks nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Baatar trying to control the position here.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Jackson Flintwick. I think Flintwick has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
