Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Atilla Leopoldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Gazer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leopoldo comes to the cage accompanied by Halleljuah Chorus. Gazer has chosen Psycho Killer as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Atilla Leopoldo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Peter Gazer's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leopoldo wants to clinch.
Leopoldo shoots in looking for a takedown. Gazer tries to sprawl out of it but Leopoldo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gazer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gazer lands an overhand right.
Leopoldo checks the leg kick nicely there.
Gazer throws a nice looking combination but Leopoldo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Atilla Leopoldo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gazer stuffs the takedown attempt from Leopoldo. Leopoldo gets slowly back to his feet.
Gazer takes a swing at Leopoldo's ribcage but misses.
Gazer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Leopoldo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gazer.
Leopoldo wants to clinch.
Leopoldo looks to land a combination but Gazer avoids it well.
An inside leg kick lands from Leopoldo.
Gazer throws an overhand right that lands on Leopoldo's shoulder, as Leopoldo tries to avoid the shot.

Leopoldo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Leopoldo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gazer keeps working.
Gazer wants to improve his position but Leopoldo is controlling well.
Gazer wants to get back to his feet.
Well, if Leopoldo is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leopoldo passes to side control.

Leopoldo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Gazer is trying to get back to half guard.
Gazer is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Leopoldo working the body and head with strikes.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Leopoldo tries for a kimura but Gazer is defending well.
Leopoldo has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Gazer!
Leopoldo trying to control but he's not successful this time.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Leopoldo cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Leopoldo lands with some strikes.

It looks like Peter Gazer has been cut.

Leopoldo is going olschool here, as he tries to force Gazer to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Gazer shrugs it off.
Gazer takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Gazer is in all sorts of trouble here.
Leopoldo fails to advance to Gazer's back.

Gazer tries to control the position but Leopoldo now has his back.
Even with his hooks in, Leopoldo manages to miss with strikes from the back.
Leopoldo has Gazer flattened out and is raining down punches.

That has opened up Peter Gazer's cut even more.

Leopoldo tightening his grip on Gazer, looking for the choke.
Leopoldo controls the action.
Gazer tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Leopoldo is looking to work his way around to Gazer's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Leopoldo lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Leopoldo jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Gazer manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Gazer tries to bench press Leopoldo off him but Leopoldo keeps the position.

Leopoldo has hold of Gazer's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Gazer tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Leopoldo cranks the arm and Gazer screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Gazer, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
