Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bravo wants to clinch.
Bravo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Be defends it nicely.

Bravo is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Bravo feints and as Be raises his hands in defense, Bravo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bravo works over Be with some ground and pound from guard.

Be is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bravo is aware though and is defending well.
Bravo is looking to work some ground and pound but Be has wrist control.
Be looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bravo is one step ahead there.

Bravo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bravo drops back looking for a leg! Be is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Be manages to kick Bravo off! Bravo jumps back into Be's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bravo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Be's guard.

Bravo is looking for submissions but instead, Be has regained full guard.

Bravo passes Be's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Bravo trying to pass the guard but Be defending well.
Be gets full guard.
Bravo is looking to work some ground and pound but Be has wrist control.

Be really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bravo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Be fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bravo tries to clinch up but Be circles away and keeps his distance.

Bravo looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Be!

Bravo throwing strikes here but Be is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Bravo lands a big shot there that rocks Be but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Bravo fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Be working to try and regain half guard.
Be blocking the ground and pound.
Be is working to get back to half guard.
Bravo lands a heavy elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sam Bravo dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Bravo throws a body punch but Be moves out of range.
Bravo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Be swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Bravo instigates a clinch.

Bravo pulls guard effortlessly.

Be drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Be jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bravo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Be!

Bravo has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Be's face.
Be is desperately trying to improve his position but Bravo has a good base and remains in mount.

Bravo throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bravo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Be is just riding it out for now. Bravo eventually gives up the hold.
Bravo is looking to advance position but Be won't allow it.
Be tries to get to full guard but Bravo has control of the leg.

Be looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Bravo has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Be keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Be leaves Bravo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Be keeps the fight on the outside.
Be takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Be throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bravo shoots for a takedown but Be saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Be will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Be throws a nice looking combination but Bravo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bravo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Be as he jumps to the side.

Bravo jumps guard and drags Be to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Be trying to control the position from guard on top but Bravo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bravo wants to sweep here but Be controlling him for the moment.
Bravo keeping moving, preventing Be from controlling successfully.
Be won't allow Bravo to sweep him here.
Sam Bravo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Bravo working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Be has passed into half guard!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Be lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Be.

Be stalks Bravo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bravo's face. Bravo staggers backwards, shaken.

Be throws a right hand that Bravo ducks under and follows up with a left that Bravo also avoids with ease.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bravo closes the distance and clinches up with Be, looking for a takedown. Bravo pushes Be against the cage but Be circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Be looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
