Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mark Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Pattison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mark Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Pattison! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pattison checks a leg kick. Miller uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pattison has time to react. A combination from Miller does no damage. Miller shoots for a double leg takedown but Pattison sprawls well. He's pushed Miller's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Miller tries to clinch but Pattison moves out of range. A decent looking cross lands there for Miller. Pattison avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pattison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Miller looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Pattison is looking to take a break and control but Miller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miller gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Miller is looking for a sweep. Pattison is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller is trying to stand back up but Pattison is controlling him
Pattison trying to control the pace. Pattison is working for a submission of some sort.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Pattison is trying to control. Miller wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Pattison is thwarting Miller's attempts to control the position. Miller pushes Pattison off looking to stand but Pattison dives back in and keeps control.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Miller swinging wilding here.
Miller wants to clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller misses with a wild combination.
Pattison moves into the clinch. Miller stops a takedown attempt from Pattison.
Miller is trying to break free. Pattison has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Miller is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Pattison looking for a takedown. Mark Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Pattison. Miller tries to break free but Pattison pushes him back against the cage. Miller is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Pattison pulls him back up using the underhooks. Pattison lands a takedown into guard.
Pattison looks gassed! Pattison not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller wants to stand and escape but Pattison is having none of it. Pattison trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pattison trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Miller pulls Pattison in close to his closed guard and prevents Pattison from doing any damage or advancing position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Miller scrambles and gets back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Robert Pattison will probably get the nod. That's time! Miller's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Miller throws the left hand but Pattison avoids the punch easily. Mark Miller is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Miller throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Miller throws a nice looking combination but Pattison bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Pattison looks for a takedown but Miller sprawls well. Pattison looks for a takedown but Miller sprawls well. Pattison slips a jab and a cross from Miller.
Miller throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miller closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Miller decides to stand up, so the ref orders Pattison to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pattison shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Miller counters with a nice body kick. Mark Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Pattison.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Pattison tries to bench press Miller off him but Miller keeps the position. Miller stands up and we're back to a striking position. Miller pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Pattison fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Miller, pushing him back against the cage. Miller working hard to break the clinch. Miller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Pattison has him pressed against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pattison has Miller pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Miller manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Pattison wants a takedown but no success here.
Miller tries to score a body lock takedown but Pattison shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Pattison's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Pattison tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Miller swivels and escapes. Pattison avoids the head kick by Miller.
Miller looks to clinch and Pattison counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Miller is trying to stand.
Pattison thows a huge punch but Miller dodges it nicely.
Miller keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Miller tries to kick Pattison off but Pattison keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pattison prevents Miller from improving his position. Miller wants to get back to his feet. Miller is trying to control but Pattison passes into side control!
Pattison is looking to take a break and control but Miller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Pattison closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Miller to the mat! Miller manages to get full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Miller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pattison moves in looking to clinch but Miller pushes him off. Miller just misses with a punch to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pattison. A low kick from Miller misses and Pattison moves into the clinch. Miller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Miller tries to clinch but Pattison moves away and Pattison counters into the clinch. Nicely done. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Miller has had enough of the clinch but Pattison keeps him there for the moment. Miller gets underhooks to prevent Pattison's takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Mark Miller will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Pattison takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Miller tries to clinch but fails miserably and Pattison counters with a takedown into side control. Miller wants to get back to his feet but Pattison is dominant here and he's now got Miller's back! Pattison is trying to control but Miller is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.
Pattison is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Pattison blocks a leg kick. Miller clinches but Pattison breaks the clinch and Pattison counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Pattison can't get the takedown.
Miller pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Pattison checks the leg kick. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller moves into the clinch. Miller looking to slow down the pace here. Miller wants to break free but Pattison has control.
A frustrated look appears on Miller's face as he tries to break the clinch. Miller drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Pattison gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Pattison gets a trip takedown into half guard. Pattison is looking to stall here but Miller recovers full guard. Miller is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Miller holds on and takes a little breather. Pattison trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pattison trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller wants to get back to his feet but Pattison is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Pattison pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Miller is keeping the position for now. Miller keeping moving, preventing Pattison from controlling successfully.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Pattison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. That's four minutes gone in the round. Pattison decides to stand back up. Pattison steps back and let's Miller get back to his feet. Pattison tries to move into range but Miller moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Pattison shoots and misses and Miller counters with an outside leg kick.
Miller lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Miller doesn't manage to clinch there - Pattison circles away.
Pattison doesn't succeed with the takedown and Miller counters with a right hand to the body. Mark Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Pattison. Pattison moves into the clinch. Miller gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Pattison.
Miller wants to get back to striking at distance but Pattison won't allow it.
And that's the end of the fight! Robert Pattison comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Pattison has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
