The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
rage shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Robinson as he jumps to the side.
rage avoids a punch combination nicely.
Robinson misses with a few strikes there.
Robinson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
rage shoots for a takedown but Robinson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Robinson throws a right and a left that rage avoids nicely.
rage ducks under a wild hook from Robinson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Robinson tries to bum rush rage with a series of wild strikes but rage uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

rage shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Robinson sprawls well. Robinson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. rage gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for cj rage. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Robinson throws a nice looking combination but rage bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Robinson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by rage.
rage closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Robinson wants to get back to his feet.
rage looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Robinson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Robinson is in trouble now - rage has advanced to mount!
rage lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
rage is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! rage extends the arm and Robinson is forced to tap!
