Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dustin Demattio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Omar Lizarraga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lizarraga shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Demattio pinned against the cage. Demattio gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Lizarraga wants to clinch up but Demattio keeps it at a distance.
Lizarraga fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Demattio avoids it really well and circles away.
Lizarraga moves into range and clinches up with Demattio.
Demattio breaks the clinch.
Demattio gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Lizarraga goes for a takedown in the clinch but Demattio prevents it.
