Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Ignacio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Findler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ignacio is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kurt Findler! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Findler shoots in and bounces Ignacio off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Ignacio is breathing heavily. Findler trying to control but Ignacio is working from the bottom. Findler must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Ignacio working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Findler. Findler should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Findler throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Findler pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ignacio is keeping the position for now. Findler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Findler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Findler bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The ground and pound from Findler seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Ignacio is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Findler is trying to ground and pound but Ignacio uses the momentary lack of control by Findler to regain half guard. Findler is keen to just control but Ignacio is a slippery customer. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Findler throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Findler gets back to half guard. Findler wants to control but Ignacio is keeping busy and won't allow it. Findler has a hand on Ignacio's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Ignacio takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Findler is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ignacio postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Findler looks a forlorn figure.
And that's the end of the fight! Kurt Findler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Findler has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
