Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bryan Fury!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Devon Randlecan!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury lands a nice looking body shot.
Randlecan swinging wilding here.
Fury fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Fury throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Randlecan.
Fury misses with a combination

and Randlecan counters by moving into the clinch.
Randlecan tries to pull guard but Fury holds him up against the cage and eventually Randlecan drops back down to his feet.
Randlecan is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Fury pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Fury digs a right hand underneath Randlecan's ribcage. Randlecan let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Fury trying to control the position but instead, Randlecan has worked for underhooks and has pushed Fury into the cage.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Fury.
Fury lands a right hand that snaps the head of Randlecan backwards.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fury creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Randlecan with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Fury to score with a decent uppercut.

Fury fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Fury lands a left and a right that send Randlecan crashing to the mat, dazed. Fury thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Fury cracks Randlecan with an uppercut from hell and Randlecan crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Fury's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Randlecan wants to sweep here but Fury controlling him for the moment.
Randlecan is still in real trouble! Can Fury finish him?
Fury knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Randlecan on the ground.

Randlecan shoots for a double leg takedown but Fury sprawls well. He's pushed Randlecan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Fury lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Randlecan circles away quickly and effectively.

Fury lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Randlecan counters with a single leg into guard. Fury didn't expect that.
Fury will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fury is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Randlecan postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Randlecan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fury with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Fury has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Fury and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
