Smits comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kanye West - Amazing kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Smits. No joy for Morris on that attempt.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Smits lands with an uppercut that bounces Morris off the cage and back into rage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Morris is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Morris shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Smits as he jumps to the side.
Morris with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Smits to score with a decent uppercut.

Smits waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Morris. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Morris to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Smits trying to control but Morris is working from the bottom.
Smits tries to free his leg and advance position but Morris is retaining full guard.
Morris throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Morris thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Smits trying to control but Morris is working from the bottom.

Smits might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Smits parries the strikes from Morris easily there. Morris is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Smits to escape.

Smits's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.
