Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johny Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Stone.
Jones lands with a kick to the temple. Stone shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Jones buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jones bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Stone's head. Stone avoids the head kick by Jones.
Stone wants to clinch. Stone throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease. Stone tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stone misses with a few strikes there.

Stone tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jones is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Stone's half guard. Jones not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Stone is looking for a sweep. Jones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Jones trying to control the action but Stone is working from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jones is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stone sees it coming and defends easily. Jones trying to control the action but Stone is working from the bottom. Stone might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Jones with the ground and pound but Stone uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A low kick from Stone misses and Jones counters with a good low kick that Stone was not able to check. Stone misses with the combination.
A slapping leg kick lands for Jones.
Jones dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Stone. That did some damage! Stone wants to slow Jones down by chopping away at his legs. Jones lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones delivers a nice body kick. Stone takes a kick to the side of the head. Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Jones lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Jones has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jones goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Stone turns into him and now he's in Jones's guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones keeping full guard, as Stone tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stone gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Jones dodges the punch combination from Stone.

and Stone takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Stone fails to land with a series of punches.
Jones forces Stone back against the cage and clinches. Jones tries a knee to the head but Stone blocks it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone takes an elbow to the forehead. Jones connects with a nasty looking knee right to Stone's face.
It looks like Jack Stone has been cut. Jones misses with a knee to the head. Jones looks gassed! Stone is trying to break the clinch but Jones has him pressed against the cage. Knees to the body from Jones.
Jones utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Nice elbow from Jones. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jones creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Jones throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Stone is trying to break the clinch but Jones has him pressed against the cage. Jones tries a body shot but Stone blocks it.
Nice body punch from Jones. A head punch on the inside from Jones fails to land. Jones comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jones scores a nice knee to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stone managing to block the knees to the body from Jones.

Jones is trying to maintain a safe position but Stone gets an underhook and turns Jones into the cage. Jones is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Stone is defending well for now. Stone can't break the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone has Jones pulled in close to control his posture. Jones looking to sit in guard and control but Stone gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Stone trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone wants to pass the guard but Jones is keeping the position. Stone gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Stone takes a kick to the side of the head. Stone gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Stone pulls Jones in close to his closed guard and prevents Jones from doing any damage or advancing position. Stone wants to stand up but Jones is controlling him. Jones in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stone swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones being controlled here momentarily. Stone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Jones trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Stone manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Jones is trying to keep Stone in close.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Stone goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Johny Jones will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Jack Stone's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

and Jones counters with a body kick that stops Stone in his tracks momentarily. Jack Stone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jones tries a head kick but it misses.
Stone chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jones can pounce on him.
Jones shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jones was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Stone is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

That's one minute gone in the round. Jones goes for an armbar but Stone turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Stone. Jones working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Stone. Stone scoring with some ground and pound. Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jones has momentary wrist control but Stone slips an elbow through the middle. Stone stands and steps away. Jones gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Stone lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jones circles away quickly and effectively. Jones slips a jab and a cross from Stone.
Stone throws a series of punches but Jones moves out of range. Jones connects with a high kick. Jones lands a head kick!
Stone drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Stone showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Jones controls Stone momentarily but Stone frees himself. Stone works a leg free and moves into half guard. Jones is controlling Stone's position as best he can from this difficult position. Stone stops Jones from getting back to his feet.
Stone looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Stone tries to clinch up and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Jack Stone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Stone throws a hook to the side of Jones's head but Jones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Stone misses with a body shot.
Stone throws a leg kick that is checked and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Jack Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jones fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Stone misses with a wild combination.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone looks to clinch and Jones counters with a three punch combo that has Stone backing up. Stone nods at Jones to acknowledge the strikes. Stone lands a two punch combo.
Jones is rocked! Stone connects with a nice cross there... Jones is looking wobbly and Stone recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Jones to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Stone jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
