The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong scores with a takedown into Franczyk's guard.
Franczyk on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Franczyk tries to get out of the position.
Chong controls from within his opponent's guard.
Chong trying to control but Franczyk is working from the bottom.

Franczyk has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Chong can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Franczyk is bucking up trying to escape but Chong cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Franczyk tries to lock up and control but Chong gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
