The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coelho sizes up riformato with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

riformato closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Coelho to the mat! Coelho manages to get full guard.

riformato drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and riformato jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Coelho's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

riformato working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Coelho turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips riformato off and cradles Coelho's limp body as riformato celebrates with his corner.
