Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Atme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benny Bula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bula has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Atme.
Bula looks gassed!
Atme is looking to take a break and control but Bula is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Atme had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Bula is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Atme Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Bula's back instead.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Atme's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Bula wants to control his opponent's hands but Atme gets his hands free.

and Atme counters with a series of strikes. Bula will be more careful next time no doubt.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Atme is trying to drag Bula to the mat but Bula just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Atme, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
