Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shogun Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen Rob Zombie - More Human Than Human as his entrance music. Shogun Silva is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shogun Silva!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva lands a head kick!
Silva throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Silva feints and as King raises his hands in defense, Silva changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Silva loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
King trying to control the position.
King looking to hit a scissor sweep but Silva is one step ahead there.
King is working hard here to advance position.
King is trying to control the position from the bottom.

King is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Silva wants to stand but King is controlling his posture from full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Silva connects with a single shot there.
Silva wants to clinch.
King looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.
Shogun Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
King shoots in but no luck this time.
Silva lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as King backs up against the cage.
King misses with a wild body shot.
King looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.
Silva scores with a takedown into King's guard.
Silva is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
King not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
King bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Silva's guard.
Silva working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. King doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. King manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
King wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.

King is really struggling to control Silva but he's trying to hold on to the position.
King tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard.
King is sitting in close to Silva's body. Silva has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! King is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, King is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Silva.
