Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kenjiro Takagawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wibble Wibble II (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takagawa comes to the cage accompanied by "Ready Steady Go" by L'Arc~en~Ciel. Wibble Wibble II told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wibble II misses with a body kick.
Wibble Wibble II seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Takagawa got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wibble II has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Takagawa has managed to get both his arms back between Wibble II's legs - danger averted.

Wibble II has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Takagawa doesn't defend quickly enough and Wibble II has managed to lock this one up! Can Takagawa escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Wibble II on a fantastic submission victory.
