Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zaru Kayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Corncrab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corncrab has chosen TV on the Radio - Wolf Like Me as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Kayne misses.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Kayne tries to close the distance and clinch up but Corncrab swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Corncrab shoots in looking for a takedown. Kayne tries to sprawl out of it but Corncrab keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kayne manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Zaru Kayne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stanley Corncrab.
Corncrab shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kayne is trying to defend but Corncrab finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
