Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kealekupuna throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Barbossa looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Barbossa is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kealekupuna defends it well.
Barbossa wants to work for an arm triangle but Kealekupuna is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Barbossa throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Kealekupuna is looking to get back to is feet but Barbossa passes into side control.
Kealekupuna might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Barbossa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kealekupuna knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Barbossa misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Barbossa is working to tighten is grip on Kealekupuna's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Kealekupuna has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Barbossa is really squeezing tight and eventually Kealekupuna passes out! Barbossa breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
