Fitzwell's entrance music is RATM - Killing in The Name. A fine choice. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mondero dodges the punch combination from Fitzwell.

Mondero forces Fitzwell back against the cage and clinches.
Mondero looking to throw knees to the head but Fitzwell is blocking nicely.
Mondero fails to pull guard.

Fitzwell escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mondero keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fitzwell keeps the fight on the outside.
Mondero looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
A shot to the body from Mondero misses
and Fitzwell counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Jeganathan Mondero has been cut.
Mondero clinches but Fitzwell breaks the clinch

and Fitzwell counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mondero won't be happy with that.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Fitzwell goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Mondero rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Fitzwell's guard! Nice work there by Mondero!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fitzwell has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Mondero off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Fitzwell's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Fitzwell duly obliges.
Mondero avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Fitzwell lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Mondero falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
