The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glushkov looks for a takedown but Dias sprawls well.

Glushkov jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Dias manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Dias is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Glushkov off and has taken his back!

Dias is persistently looking for the submission but Glushkov is defending it well.
Glushkov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Dias has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Glushkov has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Glushkov is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Dias gets his way!

Glushkov is trying to shake Dias off. He's managed it and has hopped back to his feet! Dias won't be happy about giving up the dominant position.

Dias fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Glushkov sprawls well initially but Dias persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Dias has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Glushkov defend it? Dias steps over the head and cranks it - Glushkov is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Dias!
