Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Hatred (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Basciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hatred's entrance music is White Zombie - Thunderkiss '65. A fine choice. Max Hatred has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatred changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Basciano tries to avoid it but Hatred manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Basciano to the ground. Basciano escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hatred shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Basciano manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Hatred is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Hatred is pushing down on Basciano's leg trying to pass to half guard. Basciano is fighting to maintain full guard but Hatred has managed to sneak the leg through.

Hatred is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Basciano is defending well though. Hatred let's go of the attempt for now.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Basciano tries for a takedown but Hatred circles away easily
and Hatred counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Hatred passes Basciano's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Basciano wants to get back to his feet.
Max Hatred overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Hatred is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Hatred has control of Basciano's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Basciano regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Hatred trying to control but Basciano is having none of it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hatred jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Basciano manages to avoid the submission attempt.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hatred moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Basciano pushes Hatred away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hatred gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Basciano misses with a strike from the bottom.
Hatred is trying to get an arm triangle but Basciano is defending well.
Hatred has an Americana. Basciano didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Hatred is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hatred hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
