Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul Stanley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justice Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Stanley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Justice Evans! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Evans closes the distance and clinches. Stanley prevents the takedown attempt.
Stanley is trying to force a seperation but Evans has the dominant position. Evans breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Evans closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Evans throws a strike but Stanley avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Stanley might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Stanley manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Evans manages to get himself to full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Evans doesn't manage to clinch there - Stanley circles away.
Evans is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Stanley tries a head kick but it misses.
Stanley looks to land a body kick but Evans moved away. Evans is looking to clinch. Evans tries to close the distance and clinch but Stanley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Evans tries to clinch but Stanley is having none of it. Evans scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Evans closes the distance and clinches. Evans is working for takedown but Stanley is calmly controlling the position for now.

Evans is trying to drag Stanley to the mat but Stanley just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Paul Stanley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justice Evans. Evans successfully pulls guard.
Stanley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Evans swivels though and keeps the full guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Stanley got a little sloppy there for a moment and Evans has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stanley has managed to get both his arms back between Evans's legs - danger averted. Evans looks gassed! Evans has his foot on Stanley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stanley works his way back into a safe position though. Stanley is in close to Evans's body, working some short punches and elbows. Stanley loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Stanley preventing the sweep. Stanley pushes down on Evans's leg and manages to get into half guard. Stanley is trying to work for a kimura but Evans is defending well.

Evans working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stanley doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Stanley manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Stanley tries to free his leg and advance position but Evans is retaining full guard. Evans avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Stanley drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stanley jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Stanley won't allow Evans to sweep him here. Evans is looking for a triangle but Stanley pushes his legs off easily.

Justice Evans dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Stanley throws the kick towards the body but Evans avoids it. Paul Stanley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Stanley circles away from the clinch attempt.
Evans tries to clinch but Stanley moves out of range. Stanley misses with a series of wild punches.

Evans pulls guard effortlessly. Evans is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Evans not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Stanley postures up in Evans's guard and throws a big left but Evans blocks it. Evans has momentary wrist control but Stanley slips an elbow through the middle. Stanley tries to stand but Evans is controlling from the bottom. Stanley has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Stanley wants to pass the guard but Evans is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stanley thows a big elbow that misses. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Evans is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Stanley defends well. Evans tries to land a sweep but no joy. Stanley works a leg free and moves into half guard. Evans moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Evans is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Evans wants to sweep but no luck. Evans is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Evans had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Stanley defends it easily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Evans displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Stanley. Evans throws a quick inside leg kick. Evans tries to close the distance and clinch but Stanley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Evans goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Evans is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Stanley gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Evans to score an easy takedown into full guard. Evans is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stanley is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stanley has escaped and now he's on top!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Stanley slips nicely into half guard. Evans tries to roll over but Stanley keeps him under control. Stanley is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Justice Evans showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Stanley throws a sloppy head kick and Evans moves out of range easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stanley takes a body punch but keeps moving. Evans tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stanley paws at him with a jab and circles away. Evans wants to clinch up but Stanley keeps it at a distance. Stanley misses with a few strikes there.
Evans shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Evans was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Evans tries to control but Stanley wriggling away. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Evans unloads with some shots from mount but Stanley bucks and avoids them well.
You get the feeling that Stanley really doesn't like being in this position too much.
BOOM! Evans connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Stanley is working hard here to advance position. Evans cracks Stanley with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Evans jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Stanley is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Stanley and Evans has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Evans tries to advance to mount but can't. Stanley gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Evans wants to free his trapped foot but Stanley is holding on for dear life with his legs. Evans seems to be looking for submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stanley has one foot on Evans's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Stanley swings away with a leg kick that misses. Evans wants to clinch up but Stanley keeps it at a distance. Justice Evans seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stanley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Evans makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Evans bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Stanley prevents Evans from improving position. Evans is putting a hurting on Stanley here, landing some big shots from side control. Evans working the head with strikes. Evans in side control, throwing shots but Stanley defends. Justice Evans has got the better of the ground game so far. Stanley is trying to improve his position. Stanley is not content to let Evans control the position.

He has the arm isolated but Stanley is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Evans tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Evans tries to move into full mount but can't pass Stanley's legs. Stanley pushes Evans away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Evans gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Evans is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Stanley is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Justice Evans comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Evans has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
