Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Styles P (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hacky Sack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Styles P has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Styles P! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hacky Sack! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Franklyn Lucas and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sack lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Sack shoots in for a takedown but P shows good takedown defense. P avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sack tries to bum rush P with a series of wild strikes but P uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sack displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from P. Sack doesn't succeed with the takedown and P counters with a nice double leg into guard. P working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. P is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. P wants to stand but Sack is controlling his posture from full guard. P is looking to work some ground and pound but Sack has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round. P working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. P throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sack works some decent striking defense from the bottom. P postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. P trying to control the position from guard on top but Sack is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Sack uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by P.
P throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Sack doesn't manage to clinch there - P circles away.
Sack fails with the takedown and P counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sack! Styles P has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hacky Sack. P sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
That's two minutes gone in the round. P scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Sack is rocked! P is breathing heavily. P throws a strike there. Sack manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! P is just content to waste time from the top position. Sack takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. P knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sack on the ground. Sack controls P momentarily but P frees himself. P makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. P gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Sack wants to control but P is keeping busy.
The fighters are battling for position here. Sack manages to regain full guard. Nice work. P has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sack is proving hard to escape from.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sack is on top in guard.
P is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sack won't allow P to get back to his feet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. P looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Sack tries to free his leg and advance position but P is retaining full guard. Sack trying to control the position from guard on top but P is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Styles P dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sack tries for a takedown but P circles away easily and P counters with a takedown into side control. Sack explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! P is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Sack. P fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sack avoids it really well and circles away. Sack with a lazy takedown attempt and P counters with a shoot takedown. Sack fights it but they end up in guard. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting P here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sack controls P momentarily but P frees himself. P missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Sack has P pulled in close to control his posture. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells P's corner. There ya go! There ya go! P not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. P works over Sack with some ground and pound from guard. P scores with a decent looking elbow strike. P might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. P wants to control from the top but Sack keeps moving. Styles P overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. P decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Sack, up you get!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sack is looking to take this fight into the clinch. P looking for a takedown here - he's got it. P with a nice head shot there. P tries to stand but Sack is controlling from the bottom. Sack keeping moving, preventing P from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Sack misses with a body kick. Sack misses with a takedown attempt and P counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sack! Styles P has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hacky Sack. P swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Sack is now in P's guard. A big mistake from P there, giving up the dominant position! Sack wants to stand but P has a closed guard, so he can't escape. P uses the cage to get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A punch combination from Sack misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Styles P dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Sack throws a combination that misses and P counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by P. P stands up from Sack's guard - P perhaps looking for a knockout. Sack fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

That could mean trouble for Sack! P pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. P putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! P takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Sack regains half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. P connects with a nice short shot to Sack's temple.
That's two minutes gone in the round. P throws a strike but Sack avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Sack trying to control the position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as P accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Sack looking for a triangle here. P is fighting it but it looks tight! Sack pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, P is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:04 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Hacky Sack!
