Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Janne Vilpoinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Willy Walnuts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vilpoinen's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Scar Symmetry - Artificial Sun Projection. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Janne Vilpoinen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Willy Walnuts!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Valeri Chadov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walnuts scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Walnuts throws an elbow but Vilpoinen slips to the side and avoids it well.
Vilpoinen is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Walnuts advances to mount.
Walnuts trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Walnuts goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Vilpoinen turns into him and now he's in Walnuts's guard.
Walnuts looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Vilpoinen passes into half guard.
Walnuts looks gassed!

Vilpoinen is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Vilpoinen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Walnuts on the ground.
Walnuts tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Walnuts pushes Vilpoinen off looking to stand but Vilpoinen dives back in and keeps control.
Walnuts trying to control but Vilpoinen postures up.

Vilpoinen postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Walnuts to stand up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A jab-cross combination lands for Vilpoinen and sends Walnuts crashing to the mat! Vilpoinen follows him down to the mat - Walnuts regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Walnuts is rocked!
Vilpoinen frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Walnuts is still in real trouble! Can Vilpoinen finish him?
Walnuts is trying to escape the mount.
Walnuts seems to have recovered his senses.
Walnuts is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Walnuts working to try and regain half guard.
Vilpoinen avoids the attempt from Walnuts to control.

Walnuts flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Vilpoinen prevents Walnuts from getting the reversal.
Walnuts somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
Walnuts shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vilpoinen pinned against the cage. Vilpoinen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Vilpoinen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Walnuts will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Vilpoinen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Vilpoinen is thwarting Walnuts's attempts to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walnuts is controlling Vilpoinen's position as best he can from this difficult position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Janne Vilpoinen dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Walnuts moves into the clinch successfully.
Vilpoinen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vilpoinen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Vilpoinen lands a hook that stumbles Walnuts back into the cage. Vilpoinen follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Walnuts to the canvas! Vilpoinen pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Walnuts has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
