The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane takes one on the button.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McKenzie is defended easily by Kane.

Kane drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
McKenzie wants to sweep here but Kane controlling him for the moment.
Kane thows a big elbow that misses.
Kane landing with the ground and pound.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! McKenzie has cracked Kane with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! McKenzie lands another huge swinging hook and Kane tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Kane, before McKenzie can land any more shots!
