Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, PeeWee Herman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nigga Hater!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hater has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hater fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hater throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Herman blocks it with crossed arms.
Herman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hater breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown by Hater or perhaps it was just good defense by Herman which made him look bad.
Hater tries to close the distance and clinch but Herman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hater moves into the clinch successfully.
Herman prevents Hater from breaking the clinch.
Hater tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Herman just stands there and leans against the cage.
PeeWee Herman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nigga Hater.
A knee to the head by Hater.
Herman changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hater fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Hater wants to clinch up but Herman keeps it at a distance.
Herman closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hater to the mat! Hater manages to get full guard.
Herman trying to control but Hater is working from the bottom.
Herman stands up and waves to Hater to follow him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hater has his takedown stuffed
and Herman counters with a takedown into side control.
Hater looks gassed!
Herman has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Hater!
Herman working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Hater looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Herman! Submission of the night perhaps?
