Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stajp Drvis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Feer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drvis is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stajp Drvis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Josh Feer! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Eddie Farnsworth and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Feer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Drvis is breathing heavily. Feer is controlling the pace.
Feer wants to stand up but Drvis has a hold of him and won't allow it. Feer seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Still in half guard, Feer seems content to control. Drvis on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Feer controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Feer works his foot free and advances to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Feer with the ground and pound from mount. Feer working for a submission but Drvis is keeping him at bay. Drvis takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Feer tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Drvis is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The referee warns Drvis that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Feer controlling the pace for now. Drvis is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Feer tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Feer pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Feer working Drvis over with strikes here. Feer controlling his opponent. Drvis takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Feer controlling the position easily from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Despite being in the dominant position, Josh Feer just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Feer is looking to clinch. Feer scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Feer is figuring out what he wants to do next. Feer dives in and grabs Drvis's left leg, looking for a takedown. Drvis pushes down on Feer's head and hops out. Feer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Drvis avoids it really well and circles away. Drvis misses with a two punch combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Feer catches Drvis with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Drvis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Stajp Drvis is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Feer shoots for a takedown but Drvis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Stajp Drvis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Feer. Drvis stuffs the takedown. Feer shoots in but no luck this time. Feer fails in his attempt to clinch. Feer shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Feer was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Drvis wants to get back to his feet.
Feer wants to finish this one by submission but Drvis is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Feer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Feer lands with some strikes. Feer looking to control and managing it successfully. Josh Feer has got the better of the ground game so far.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Drvis blocks a head kick by Feer.
Drvis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Feer. Feer tries to clinch there but Drvis circles away.
Feer tries for a takedown but Drvis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Drvis slaps away a takedown attempt from Feer, before circling back to the center of the mat. Stajp Drvis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Feer. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Feer fails to land the takedown. Drvis gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Feer counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drvis kicks off Feer and gets to his feet. Feer closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Drvis did well to prevent Feer getting side control. Feer sitting and controlling from the half guard. Feer's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Drvis is looking to get back to is feet but Feer passes into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Drvis is looking to regain half guard here but Feer keeps moving and retains side control. Feer staying calm. Drvis stops Feer from passing to mount. Feer controlling the position from side mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drvis takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Feer is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Feer in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Drvis is being controlled here.

Feer misses with a takedown and Drvis counters with a flying knee. Nice.
And that's the end of the fight! Josh Feer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Feer winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
