The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jong Jin misses with a series of wild punches.
Edwards takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
No joy there for Jong Jin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jong Jin scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Edwards doesn't seem bothered though.
Jong Jin looks to land a combination. Edwards sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Jong Jin lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Edwards backs up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jong Jin misses with a double jab.
Jong Jin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jong Jin misses with a two punch combination.
Edwards has a takedown stuffed.
Kim Jong Jin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jong Jin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Edwards fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Edwards shoots in for a double leg but Jong Jin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Jong Jin scores with a jab to the jaw.
Edwards is breathing heavily.
Jong Jin does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Edwards looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Jong Jin lands a slapping body shot.
Edwards takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jong Jin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jong Jin throws a shot to the body.
Kim Jong Jin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Edwards seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Jong Jin shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Edwards is backing up but Jong Jin catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Edwards covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Jong Jin Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kim Jong Jin!
